Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
(1) The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop tiagoleone.com.
(2) The online shop is intended exclusively for consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
§ 2 Contracting Party, Contract Formation

(2) The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum). By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
(3) We will confirm receipt of your order by email without delay (order confirmation). This constitutes acceptance of your offer. The contract is formed upon receipt of the order confirmation.
(4) The contract language is German (an English convenience translation is provided). The contract text is not stored by us after conclusion of the contract and cannot be retrieved by you afterwards. You can, however, review and print your order data directly after submission via the order confirmation email.
(5) Ordering process (§ 312i BGB): Place the desired items into your cart. Proceed to checkout via “Checkout”, enter your data and select a payment method. Before final submission, all data is displayed again for review. Input errors can be corrected using the standard keyboard and mouse functions as well as the browser’s back button. By clicking the order button “Buy now”, you submit a binding offer.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are €4.90 within the EU. Orders with a value of €75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
(3) We currently ship to EU countries only.
§ 4 Delivery
(1) Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide.
(2) The delivery time is 5 to 8 business days after receipt of payment. Our products are manufactured individually for you using print-on-demand; production is handled by our fulfillment partner Shirtigo GmbH, Cologne, Germany.
(3) Should the goods be unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, you will be informed without delay and any payments already made will be refunded promptly.
§ 5 Payment
(1) The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna (instant bank transfer, invoice, instalments)
(2) Payment processing is handled by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. Your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored by us.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
§ 7 Right of Cancellation
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
§ 8 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) The warranty period for new goods is two years from receipt of the goods.
§ 9 Textile Labelling
The material composition of our textiles is indicated on the respective product page. Labelling is in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 (Textile Labelling Regulation).
§ 10 Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
§ 11 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn.
