§ 1 Scope

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. The online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

§ 2 Contracting Party, Contract Formation

The purchase contract is concluded with TIAGO LEONE, Norman [Last Name]. By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for those items. The contract is formed when you accept the offer by clicking the order button.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs within Germany are €4.90. Orders with a value of €75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery is made within Germany. Delivery time is 5–10 business days after receipt of payment. When Klarna is selected as the payment method, the delivery period begins upon confirmation of the payment authorisation.

§ 5 Payment

The following payment methods are available: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (instant bank transfer, invoice, instalment). Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
